01Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service are between you and the Wovly service provider (“Wovly”, “we”, “us”) and apply to the Wovly app and related support. Wovly brings together interests, circles, activity plans, moments, conversations and virtual gifts.

Read these terms and our Privacy Policy before creating an account, particularly the provisions on purchases, content, account deletion and responsibility. By agreeing to these terms and creating an account, you accept them. The Privacy Policy governs matters concerning personal information.

02Registration and account security

Registration requires an email address, password and nickname. Use information you are entitled to use. You must have the legal capacity required to use the relevant services and enter into these terms.

Protect your password and the devices you use. Do not impersonate others, access accounts without permission or use an account unlawfully. If you believe your account or device is at risk, take steps to secure it and contact support. We will never ask you to email your password.

03License and intellectual property

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Wovly subject to these terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtain it. For an Apple download, you may use Wovly on Apple-branded devices you own or control and as otherwise permitted by Apple usage rules.

Rights in the software, branding, interface and included materials belong to their respective owners. Do not copy, sell, rent, circumvent protections or infringe rights in them without permission, except as expressly allowed by law. Your lawful rights in content you create remain yours.

04Your content and community conduct

You must have the rights needed to use any text, photos, video, audio or other material you add. You authorize Wovly to retain and display that content as necessary to provide the features you choose.

Do not add unlawful, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, fraudulent, harassing or infringing content; invade privacy; distribute malware or spam; or disrupt use of the app. Respect other people and their intellectual property.

You can remove your own posts and block accounts or related interactions. For a concern, content report or infringement notice requiring our attention, email lucaserdo@icloud.com with the relevant content, your reasons and necessary evidence. We address the information we receive under applicable law.

05Circles and activities

Circles, sign-ups and activity plans help you organize your interests. Activity information, participant counts and profile images do not verify identity, attendance or an intention to participate. An activity listing is not a ticket, booking confirmation or guarantee that an event will take place.

Confirm arrangements, meeting places, requirements and safety through trusted means. Do not send money or sensitive details to people you cannot identify. Organizers and participants are responsible for their actions under applicable law. Wovly does not guarantee the occurrence or safety of activities outside the app. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services for your area.

06Coins, purchases and refunds

Wovly coins are consumable digital items used for virtual gifts inside the app. They are not legal tender, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred as a balance, and cannot be used to pay for activities, physical goods or services outside the app. Virtual gifts do not include physical delivery or cash compensation to recipients.

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play for your device. Review the product, quantity, price, currency and payment conditions on the store confirmation screen before paying. Cancelled, failed or pending transactions are not credited as successful purchases.

If you are charged without receiving coins, use Restore top-ups in your wallet to query eligible transactions, or contact lucaserdo@icloud.com with your order details. Restoration depends on the transactions made available by the store; it does not reissue spent coins or gifts already sent, or guarantee restoration of previously credited consumable balances.

Refund requests are handled under the relevant store rules and applicable law. Use Apple purchase support or Google Play refunds for the store that processed your purchase. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

07Privacy and permissions

Our Privacy Policy explains the information we process, its purposes and your choices and rights. You can manage your profile, content, interaction preferences and media permissions. Photos, camera and microphone access are used only when required by the relevant feature and authorized through your system.

Respect the privacy of others. Do not collect, disclose or misuse their information without lawful authorization. When contacting support, provide only what is needed and do not send passwords, full card details or unrelated sensitive material.

08Account deletion and stopping use

You can stop using Wovly at any time. To permanently delete your account, open My → Settings → Delete account permanently, enter your current password and confirm.

Deletion removes your credentials, profile, posts, private records, remaining Wovly coins and media used only by your account. Circles you created are dissolved, unfinished activities are cancelled, and related identity links are removed or anonymized as required. You are signed out, and the old account can no longer sign in. Registering again creates a new account.

Account deletion cannot be undone. Review important content, your balance and pending purchases first. Transaction identifiers needed to prevent duplicate credit may remain without their account link. Deletion does not automatically cancel a store transaction or request a refund, and does not affect your legal refund or other rights.

09Service responsibility

Device faults, system updates, network issues and app store outages may affect individual features. We remain responsible for maintenance, support and any liability required by applicable law.

Responsibility arising from your content, activity arrangements or breach of these terms rests with the relevant party under the law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or reduce any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country or region.

10Additional Apple terms

These terms are between you and Wovly. Apple is not a party to them. Wovly is responsible for the app and its content, including applicable maintenance, support, product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property claims. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Wovly.

If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of its purchase price under Apple rules. Other warranty responsibilities rest with Wovly to the extent permitted by law. You must follow applicable third-party service terms, export controls and sanctions requirements. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce the relevant terms.

11Changes and resolving concerns

We may update these terms as features or legal requirements change and will show the updated and effective date. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes and obtain renewed consent where required. If you do not accept updated terms, you can stop using the relevant services and delete your account.

Contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. Unresolved matters may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. These terms do not restrict mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.

For support, purchases, content reports, infringement notices or privacy requests, email lucaserdo@icloud.com. Describe the relevant account, when the issue occurred and any content or order information needed to address it. Submit only evidence you are entitled to share.

Never send your Wovly password, app store password or full payment card details.
